SSH_PRIVATE_KEY 是 SSH 密钥，可通过 ssh-keygen （生成位置/root/.ssh）或通过服务器管理面板的来生成密钥。后者的话需要绑定服务器实例，并且需要关机，我个人推荐使用后者。
